Equity chart widget loads when it should

If your dashboard layout includes the Equity chart widget, the curve should show up again after sign-in instead of sometimes staying blank. Fetching equity data now waits until we know you are signed in and that the widget is actually on your layout, then loads in step with those conditions.

Shared view links are unchanged—the chart still does not load there when it is not meant to. On your own dashboard, you should see account growth over time without needing a refresh trick.
