Trade table: group by creation date

The trade review table has a new By creation date option in the grouping dropdown, alongside time, instrument, and account. Trades are grouped by the day they were added to Deltalytix—not when they were executed on the market.

This is handy when you want to review a recent import batch or see everything that landed in your journal on a given day. Your choice is saved with the rest of your table settings, so it sticks when you come back to the dashboard.
